Developing an external communications strategy and digital deliverables for Ford's autonomous fresh food delivery pilot serving a diverse community.
Ford Motor Company and its philanthropic arm, Ford Motor Company Fund, launched an autonomous fresh food delivery pilot program to deliver essential supplies to senior citizens in Southwest Detroit, integrating it with the existing FREC on the GO operations. How might we effectively communicate safety instructions to a diverse group of delivery volunteers and Ford employees, many of whom were encountering autonomous vehicles for the first time? Particularly in the case of inconsistent training due to the voluntary nature of their roles.
